Position: Sales Representatives (Hiring 1+)

• Remote + Flex schedule.

We are seeking highly motivated Sales Reps to join our team. The Sales Rep will be responsible for selling our job board packages to potential employers, agencies and facilities through various channels including phone and email.

Responsibilities:

• Follow SOPs, and implement marketing strategies to promote our job board to clients
• Use various digital marketing channels, such as social media, Kijiji, and contacting potential clients via email and phone to promote job packages.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide them with excellent customer service.
• Understand competitors’ products including other nursing niche job boards, Indeed, Monster.com + other alternatives and come up with rebuttals based on pricing, supplementing their job board postings and more.
• Suggest upsells, package discounts based on client feedback.
• Continuously change and offer bespoke packages to clients based on feedback with other job board providers – communicate via Telegram with technical team for the job board
• Work collaboratively to achieve company goals and objectives via Telegram.

Requirements:

• Excellent English language skills are required – For phone calls.
• Preferred experience in the nursing profession
• Work from home opportunity

• Some experience in digital marketing or acquiring clients
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Familiarity with job boards and the job search process is a plus.

Compensation:

• Commission-based pay structure, with the potential to earn high commissions based on per package.
• Flexible schedule, with the ability to work remotely.
